Oliveto Olive Oil & Authentic Istrian Experience
In 2024, Patrik founded Oliveto, a small-scale producer of Istrian extra virgin olive oil based on the family estate in Oprtalj. The focus is on quality over quantity - limited batches that reflect the character of the land and the olive groves around the estate. Visitors can already experience Istrian olive-growing tradition firsthand, with tastings held right at the estate. The brand has grown into a broader identity - in Umag, Oliveto Caffe Bar brings that same olive-inspired spirit into a café setting. The goal: keep expanding Oliveto into new products and experiences rooted in Istria's olive-growing heritage.
